Yes. Term maturity notices are sent by email 15 days prior to the maturity date, provided your contact details are up to date.

If you have already given maturity instructions, no further action is required. Otherwise, you can contact us to update your instructions, as changes cannot be made through online banking.

All term investments are automatically set to renew for the same term unless instructed otherwise. If you miss the renewal, don’t worry you have a 14-day grace period after renewal to update your instructions.
