 The Mobile App™

Hold Hubert in the palm of your hand. Yup, we’ve officially gone mobile. Access Credit Union’s mobile app is similar to the online banking platform, but pocket-sized. From the sandy beach to the top of a mountain, with Hubert in hand, you’ll always be up-to-date on your savings goals.

You’ll find the mobile app in the Google Play Store or the App Store. We won’t be at all offended if you’ve stopped reading this page to go download the app now.

What's in it for you? Security.

To better protect your online banking information, both online and mobile banking utilize a feature called two-step verification. What is two-step verification?

Two-step verification provides added security and protects information, like banking, account, and other personal information, by asking security questions or sending one-time passcodes (either by email or text) as part of the login process when logging into your account from an unfamiliar device or browser.

This confirms it’s really YOU (the owner) accessing the account.

When logging in, you will be asked for your username and password. That ‘second step’, which would include inputting the one-time passcode received via email or text, comes into play when you’re adding new e-Transfer recipients or updating your account information. Best to make sure it’s really you transacting on your accounts!
